Part 1 - Team Assessment

We begin with reviewing feedback to understand the team’s self awareness, interpersonal dynamics and growth opportunities. We also use the Enneagram model to gain insight into how the team’s culture is shaped by each individual’s personality patterns and behaviors. Based on the assessment, we customize the curriculum and take your leadership team through a cohesive and intensive 6-month program. Throughout the program and near the end, we will continually assess the changes and results of this work.

Part 2 - Group Training

Each month, in small groups (up to 10 leaders), we will guide your team through simple yet powerful leadership practices applied to the team’s actual situations and topics. That way, leaders deepen their experiential learning and can reflect on immediate results. The space we create allows for teams to get real, vulnerable and quickly build trust with one another. Leaders are also given specific tools to practice with learning partners in between sessions to deepen their collaboration, build new habits and observe the impact over time.

Part 3 - 1:1 Coaching

In every team, the leader and a few members need to set the example for the team’s culture. These core members will also receive personalized 1:1 coaching in parallel to the Group Training, to ensure they are fully supported and embodying the team’s practices and skills.

Group Training

Based on the assessment, we customize the curriculum and take your leadership team through a cohesive and intensive 6-month program.

We then handpick practices for your team that are powerful yet practical, drawing from Conscious Leadership as well as a large body of multidisciplinary practices (e.g. Conscious Leadership, Design Thinking, Positive Psychology, Growth Mindset, Nonviolent Communication, Co-Active model).
